The Garner Police Department Auxiliary was created in an effort to support the department’s officers, their families, and the community in which we all live, work, and play.
Our group is interested in establishing a feeling of encouragement and camaraderie among all citizens of Garner.
We are excited about sharing our collective talents with the town of Garner in many ways.
Some of the activities and events we have begun for the department include monthly meals for the officers, family events, and an Officer of the Month program (supported by Logan’s Restaurant, Ragazzi's, Rush Hour Go-Kart Racing and Swift Creek Coffee House.). The auxiliary is also interested in supporting and benefiting our community.
Our first fundraiser is going to be the Police Officer’s Ball to be held at the Rand-Bryan house on Friday, June 17, 2011. Please consider making a donation or sponsoring this event.
We believe that the ball will be well-supported by the police department and the community of Garner. Partnering with the auxiliary on this event will give you the satisfaction of helping support the police officers who serve and protect our town.
